The NAMI Family Support Group in Napa is for family members, friends and advocates of people living with mental illness. This is an ongoing, drop-in group focusing on skill building and support through sharing experiences, resources and comfort. For further details, please see this flyer.

In addition to the monthly Napa NAMI Family Support group, Solano County also offers weekly support groups in Fairfield, Vallejo and Vacaville. You are encouraged to attend those meetings if you are in need of support. Please note that there has been a time change for the Vallejo family support group — they still meet on Thursdays, but now meet from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm. NAMI Solano County is pleased to announce a new Connection Support Group for people living with mental illness. Find hope, find help and sharing in a safe comfortable atmosphere with others who understand you. Peer-to-Peer is a 10 week course in recovery for anyone with a mental health issue who is interested in establishing and maintaining wellness.
